Happy Birthday To Heather

Ok, nothing makes you feel old, like one of your own kid's birthdays! She's TWENTY now, which if I can remember being twenty myself, makes me think that time really flew for the both of us to get us to the ages we're at....word to the young....enjoy life every second, it's so fleeting, and so wonderful and so amazing! So here's to my 20 year old Heather and her friends Nora and Natalie who went to BW3's tonight to party like Rock Stars.....

Button Girl

Jessica and I met while she was on the committee for her school's winter dance last year and she had on the most adorable button necklace, that I love to this day, so I have dibbed her my "button girl", which suits her in other ways, since she is as cute as a button!

Ellyn is the kind of girl that you come away smiling after spending time with her...she has this infectious smile that makes you giggle just talking to her. What a sweetheart, and she nailed her session with some great shots! Thanks for being so darn awesome!

Manda is a blast, and the little sister to Heather who I did her senior's a couple years ago...how cool is that? She is definitely a model in the making...and this one is only one of several that is my fave's! She told me that today was the most fun taking pictures ever! I consider that a major compliment....thank you!

Abby's Eyes

This is Abby...she came in with her mom and dad for her mom's maternity shoot, she wanted to snuggle up to the belly and she just stood there and stared. I was laughing as she just watched me....wasn't that supposed to be the other way around? Who could resist looking at her little classically sweet face?

Sarah, is about the coolest hair stylist chick around and she's adorable to boot...she's responsible for the days my hair looks normal and not like I've been electrocuted! Which is the normal style for my hair...curly and crazy! Countless hours in her chair have made us good friends and she brought her two boys in, and it was UBER fun....they are adorable just like their mom!

I thought this one was hilarious and summed up the evening....tee hee.

Shelby from NPHS

Shelby is a very dedicated horse gal...and her horses are so beautiful and sweet! It was a blast to meet them all and spend some time with her and her family at their home....

Well we come back and it snows...guess we should have realized the 83 and sunny wasn't gonna last...got lots on my desk to get rockin on...look for some new posts this week! Here's a spot we stopped in Tennessee and got out just to see this sunset over the mountains...it was such a beautiful sight!

Until the 28th, we're hitting the sandy shores and princess parks in Florida! Every artist needs some time to relax and refresh...this is my time. The whole year I am totally dedicated to the studio and trying to make it better and better all the time, but for the next two weeks, I'm working on some down time with the family...so no bloggin' for me! gotta go pack my flip flops...see ya!

So I'm a 38 year old wacky mom of three girls, married forever, and I live, sleep, eat, breathe and snorkel photography. And I hope that it shows in what I do. I love to make moms cry and brides to ooh and ahh...and for seniors to see how rockin' cool they look! I've done photography consistently for the past 9 years, and I figure I've got many more to go.
Seniors are my favorite! I love being creative with them and showing off their individuality...
kids and pets are my next favorite, because they are sooooooo cute! and who can resist a tiny face full of adoring eyes peering at you!? Weddings follow, because I love to capture the romance and beauty in the details for the day that you planned, but don't get to take the time to enjoy..haha! Right out of the gate, I'm gonna let you know that I will be the goofiest blogger known to mankind...of course, people tell me I haven't seen half the blogs out there. I guess my main purpose of blogging, is to talk to you in a personal way that I don't think my website can. I want to talk to you on a personal level about the things that make me passionate about what I do and my favorite images from each shoot...and I have lots! Talk to you about my family and just be me! I've worked hard on creating the image of "Chris Randall Photography", I forgot sometimes that that name is mine, and you need to know me too!
